YOUR ROLE:

Your day unfolds as you visit various homes within your designated territory, engaging with prospective customers eager for comfort solutions. With each in-home sales presentation, you expertly educate homeowners on the benefits of customized HVAC systems, generators, and electrical upgrades, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. Armed with cutting-edge sales tools, you streamline your process, maximizing productivity while showcasing the integrity and professionalism that define McNorton. OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrate accountability and enthusiasm for achieving financial goals
  • Ability to overcome objections and close sales
  • Ability to demonstrate high-level communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
