This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic partnerships and maintaining our esteemed workplace culture.
Position Overview: As a Recruiting Assistant in our recruitment department, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of the recruitment and retention process. This includes posting job openings, managing job boards, and maintaining candidate and agent engagement through effective communication and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Write, post, and maintain compelling job postings.
- Update, review, and post job boards (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Handshake).
- Coordinate with markets for job sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage applicant data using JazzHR ATS system.
- Maintain recruitment SOPs.
- Occasionally source potential agents.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports.
- Develop candidate engagement email templates.
- Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and trends reports.
- Utilize Google Sheets, Google Documents, and Mondays.com for documentation and tracking.
- Engage with new associates and maintain accurate retention records.
- Ensure timely updates for new hires and terminations.
- Research and build relationships with Real Estate Schools and Career Fairs.
- Propose and coordinate recruitment events.
- Collaborate with marketing for event materials.
- Effectively communicate with markets nationwide.
- Utilize LinkedIn for networking and recruitment efforts.
- Assist with company's Glassdoor and Indeed accounts, respond to reviews.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Documents.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, JazzHR would be a plus.
- Experience with job boards like Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Handshake.
- Ability to organize and manage recruitment events.
- Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics (preferred but not required).
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Expericence with Mondays.com
