Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage a variety of recruitment activities, ensuring our recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable. This role involves preparing job advertisements, managing the candidate selection process, and representing our organization at recruitment events.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions, and other materials in accordance with our recruitment standards and business needs.
  • Perform higher-level duties in relation to the recruitment and selection process, including shortlisting candidates, liaising with agencies, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies about our recruitment activities and the status of job vacancies while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Contact candidates, arrange interview times, and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure efficient and equitable interviews.
  • Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies.
  • Prepare job offer materials in accordance with agreed job specifications to ensure successful candidates have all necessary information to decide whether to accept the position.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues to provide potential candidates with information about our recruitment activities.
  • Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training to integrate new employees quickly into the organization.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, hiring, and human resources.
  • Strong talent acquisition and candidate selection skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with payroll and human resources processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • HR-related experience is highly desirable.
