The Survey Party Chief will play a crucial role in conducting boundary and topographic surveys, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This position requires a balance of field expertise and technical knowledge, as well as the ability to work independently in various conditions.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform boundary and topographic surveys with precision.

Ensure familiarity with construction surveys, construction plans, and right-of-way (RW) maps.

Operate independently in remote locations under rigorous conditions.

Assist with survey computations and data collection as required.

Maintain reliability and excellent communication skills throughout projects.

Manage travel and work area flexibility, including out-of-town assignments.


Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Land Surveying.

Proficiency in operating field instruments and conducting surveys independently.

Valid drivers license with the ability to travel as needed.

Exceptional communication skills and reliability.
