Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team at Cardinal Engineering Associates, Inc. As a key member of our survey crew, you will be responsible for supervising and performing boundary and topographic surveys for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train survey crew members to ensure accurate and efficient completion of daily survey assignments
  • Perform boundary and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and software
  • Prepare topographic and boundary maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure survey data meets project requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of surveying principles, laws, and regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other surveying software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
