Responsibilities

Facilitate onsite tours at the direction of Sales Staff of:


  • Salon Suites
  • Office Suites
  • General Plaza leasing


  • Mail collection and occasional distribution
  • Hand out/distribute notifications, flyers, and gifts to tenants
  • Attend monthly on site mixers (typically 4pm-6pm - Schedule will be adjusted to avoid overtime)
  • Provide access to vendors
  • Onsite support to Sales and Property Management for various tasks
  • Clear and thorough communication with team members via both phone and follow up email documentation.
  • Property Key management
  • Attend all staff events in Stockton or Sacramento which are expected to take place no more than once a month (Travel time pay and mileage reimbursement apply)
