Why join us?
Sylvan Eye Associates is home to the largest modern eyecare facility in Stanislaus County. Equipped with state-of the art technology and staffed with a team of three to four doctors, the team of skilled professionals specialize in providing complete eye exams, diabetic eye evaluations, contact lenses, glasses, glaucoma testing, and pre- and post-operative cataract and Lasik care. The practice also features a diverse array of contact lenses and eyeglass frames to cater to the distinctive preferences and budget requirements of each patient.
What you'll do:
You'll engage in full-scope optometry, helping patients of all age groups and diverse visual and medical conditions, educate patients about their ocular health, and recommend vision-enhancing products. Working part-time you can expect to see about 3 patients per hour, as well as possible double books and emergencies as needed.

Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
