PAY & BENEFITS

Our Apprentice HVAC Helpers - Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technicians earn a competitive wage of $10.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn bonuses We provide great benefits, including health, dental, paid vacations, holidays, and a 401(k). Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a licensed journeyman HVAC technician with company-provided training and resources

THE TYPE OF APPRENTICE THAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone that can support our experienced technicians in providing maintenance and installations on heating and cooling systems. In this entry-level apprenticeship, you travel to job sites, work alongside technicians, and gradually take on more challenging tasks as you develop your skills. You also help maintain clean and safe work environments while gaining hands-on experience in our skilled trade

Can you meet these requirements?

  • 18+ years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must live within commuting distance of our office in Idaho Falls, ID, or be willing to relocate
