We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, and reviewing contracts and purchase orders for accuracy. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, and a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Coordinate with office staff daily in regards to new and upcoming clients and customers and their scheduling needs
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records of submitted bids and proposals
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- Occasionally assist office staff with overflow calls by taking messages
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills Required
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
