The team is currently engaged in several groundbreaking projects across multiple states, leveraging advanced technologies and industry-leading practices to drive sustainable solutions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Lead the coordination and integration of technical activities in water/wastewater engineering projects across multiple regions.
  • Establish scientific and technical goals in alignment with top managements strategic direction.
  • Evaluate environmental regulations and market demands to inform project feasibility and decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff, ensuring the use of critical tools and methodologies for success.
  • Represent the firm at regional and national conferences, contributing to the advancement of industry standards.


ARE YOU A REGIONAL TECHNICAL LEADER ROCK STAR?

  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering.
  • Education: Masters or PhD in Engineering.
  • Licenses: Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
  • Skills: Expertise in strategic planning, technical excellence, and client relationship management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a diverse team.
  • Personal Qualities: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with active engagement in state and national professional societies.
