Key Responsibilities:


Document Management:

  • Maintain and manage all project-related documents, ensuring they are properly stored, categorized, and easily retrievable.
  • Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company standards and project requirements.


Quality Control:

  • Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all documents are properly authorized and approved before distribution.


Communication and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and distribution of documents.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all document control-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders regarding documentation.


Tracking and Reporting:

  • Maintain document control logs and records.
  • Generate reports on document status and provide updates to project teams and management.


System Management:

  • Manage and maintain document control systems and software.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.


Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management) or equivalent experience.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.


Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in document control software and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Aconex).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in document control.
