Document Management:
- Maintain and manage all project-related documents, ensuring they are properly stored, categorized, and easily retrievable.
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Quality Control:
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all documents are properly authorized and approved before distribution.
Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and distribution of documents.
- Serve as the point of contact for all document control-related inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders regarding documentation.
Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain document control logs and records.
- Generate reports on document status and provide updates to project teams and management.
System Management:
- Manage and maintain document control systems and software.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in document control software and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Aconex).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in document control.
