Overview: Triumph Construction is seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist for our USACE South Shore project. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or similar military/government entities. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of all project-related documentation, including submittals, meeting minutes, contracts, RFIs, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ensure project document accuracy, including revisions and distribution.
  • Deliver documents to USACE for entry, review, and approval.
  • Assist with project management tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all project documents.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have prior work experience with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or a military/government entity in a related field.
  • Construction Background: Experience in construction document review and related compliance matters.
  • Education: College degree required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
    • Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy.
    • Working knowledge of various computer software systems.
    • Experience administering government contracts.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the project and team.
