Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.

Provide personalized insurance recommendations and quotes based on clients' individual circumstances and preferences.

Manage client inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing with professionalism and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Meet or exceed goals to contribute to the agencys growth and teams success while maintaining a focus on individual performance and development.

Maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and camaraderie among team members.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about insurance products and services.

Stay up-to-date on insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Adhere to agency policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, in all client interactions and sales activities.


Requirements

Previous insurance sales, customer service, or related field preferred

Strong dedication to professionalism, meeting client needs, and delivering exceptional service.

Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Detail-Oriented to ensure accuracy in policy administration and client interactions.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Excellent people and communication skills - orally, verbally and listening.

Proficiency in using computer systems and insurance agency management software.

Valid insurance license or ability to obtain them within 60 days. (Property, Casualty, Life, and Health)

Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening.
