  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, in all client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous insurance sales, customer service, or related field experience preferred.
  • Strong dedication to professionalism, meeting client needs, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-Oriented to ensure accuracy in policy administration and client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent people and communication skills - orally, verbally and listening.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and insurance agency management software.
  • Valid insurance license or ability to obtain them within 60 days. (Property, Casualty, Life, and Health) Reimbursement of all fees after license is active.
  • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening.
