Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership, managing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, cash forecasting, monthly accruals, and bank reconciliation.
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Accounting Operations
    • Manage accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Tax Compliance
    • Prepare and file tax returns, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax preparation.
  • Financial Policies and Procedures
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Audits
    • Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with parent company requirements.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance.
    • CPA or CPA candidate a plus.
    • Five to ten years of professional experience in accounting and finance.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Advanced Excel experience.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with other departments within the organization.
    • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
