Position: Senior HR Generalist 
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Salary Range: $25 - $27+ per hour, depending on experience.Role Overview

The Sr. HR Generalist supports a positive, employee-oriented culture by performing day-to-day HR activities. This role ensures the efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures and assists the recruiter in learning and growing.

Key Responsibilities 
 
  • Oversee HR and Safety department, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the recruiter to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit procedures.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Education and Experience

  • Understanding of New Mexico labor and employment law.
  • Strong consultative, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Independent thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
