Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Archetype Permanent Solutions, you will lead our sales team in achieving revenue growth targets by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our recruitment services. This is a commission-based role with the potential for equity ownership in the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maximize their effectiveness.

  3. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking to acquire new clients in need of recruitment services.

  4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

  5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our recruitment solutions and value proposition.

  6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  7. Revenue Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, outlining progress towards revenue goals.

  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with candidate placement objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment processes is a plus.
