We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Field Construction Coordinator located in Portland, OR.


Overview:

This position is a temporary full-time position supporting a 2 ½ month project.


Required Education:

  • High School Diploma

 

Required Qualifications:

In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.

  • Possess communication and writing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of the City of Portland neighborhoods and general areas
  • Basic understanding of construction materials, able to identify cast iron, concrete, and composite materials visually.
  • Able to walk/cover long distances on foot while inspecting water-meter pits.
  • Prior experience with water or gas meter readings or door to door surveys desired


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinator team of 5 individuals to conduct meter field survey activities for a targeted sample of residential water meters.
  • Collect data in the field from the locations assigned to them, utilizing the Fast Field app on a mobile device
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between client and contractor.


Salary:

  • $37.50 - $40.00 Per hour


Bonus Pay:

A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
