Job Description What we're looking for:
  • Implement building construction projects to support site.
  • Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.
  • Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
  • Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management.
  • May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.
What you'll be doing:
  • Supervises construction activity in the field.
  • Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
  • Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
  • Have knowledge of general building construction methods.
  • Monitor electrical and Mechanical equipment's installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.
  • Coordinator RFI's (Request for Information) and Change Order.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves)
  • Proficient with MS Office and project. Computer proficient. Must have.
  • Building Construction expertise
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawing and specifications.
  • OSHA 10 Training.
  • Technical /bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
  • Mechanical and Electrical equipment commissioning experience.
  • OSHA 30 training.
  • PE license
  • PMP Certification.
