Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and quotas
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed individual and team targets
- Monitor sales metrics and utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for increased productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Assist with closing deals and negotiating pricing when needed
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
