  • 5+ years of marketing strategies experience, developing in-depth research and marketing plans

:: ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives, target audience and budget considerations.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape and growth opportunities.
  • Define marketing goals and objectives for each campaign or initiative, ensuring they are measurable, realistic and in line with overall business objectives.
  • Create detailed marketing plans, including campaign timelines, budget allocations, key messaging, target audience segmentations and channel selections.
  • Collaborate with teams, such as media, social, PR, business development and creative to ensure marketing plans are aligned with overall company strategies.
  • Develop project briefs and work closely with creative teams to influence and guide compelling advertising and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, measure key metrics, and make data-backed recommendations for optimizing marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies and new platforms to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors and media partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to marketing plans.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, cost optimization and adherence to budgetary constraints for all plans for alignment and success of recommendations.
  • Provide regular post-project reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, key findings and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives, and make proactive recommendations for improvement to internal processes.
