Position Overview:

We are seeking an initiative-taking and results-driven Enterprise Demand Generation Account Manager to join Virtual Technologies Group (VTG) a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving demand generation strategies, fostering customer relationships, and maximizing revenue growth within the enterprise market segment. As an Enterprise Demand Generation Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop personalized engagement strategies, and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales cycle.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for targeted enterprise accounts to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and net new business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing resources to create and optimize compelling multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, content syndication, social media, and events.

2. Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building strong relationships, and understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs, align them with our IT solutions, and tailor value propositions that resonate with their objectives.

3. Lead Nurturing and Conversion:

  • Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads, facilitate smooth handoffs, and ensure a seamless transition from marketing efforts to the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze lead progression through the sales funnel, making data-driven recommendations to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

4. Personalized Engagement:

  • Develop personalized engagement plans for key decision-makers within target accounts, leveraging insights from account research and previous interactions to close new business.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and adjustments in strategy based on campaign performance and market trends.

6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Engagement:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging, content, and strategies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure a cohesive approach to account-based marketing and demand generation efforts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation, account management, or related roles (IT industry a plus but not required).
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate IT solutions, products, services, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of an organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Initiative-taking, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience with enterprise-level clients is highly desirable.
