We need a probate legal assistant. They need to know a little bit about probate and estate planning. Our hours are 8 to 5, Monday through Friday. Their pay will depend on their experience. .Job duties would be preparing pleadings and accountings for probate cases, preparing estate planning documents, keep the client informed of their case, answering the phone as a backup person (very light though), organizing the client's file, and keeping the file up to date.It is Monday through Friday 8 to 5 with an hour lunch. We don’t have overtime or make anyone stay. After their 90 days, after every 30 days they accumulate a vacation day. We have all the major holidays off as well. We pay for their parking. No insurance offeredWe use cloud-based software, Clio, Outlook, Net docs, and Prodocs.
