Take responsibility for your tasks, ensuring follow-through until resolution. Provide support to transcriptionists from scheduling through to job completion. Conduct thorough evaluations of transcriptionists' outputs. Prepare and present feedback for transcriptionists and reporters. Serve as a secondary resource for transcriptionists regarding quality standards and expectations. Adhere to established procedures and service-level agreements. Stay aligned with the quality team on the specifics of quality assessments, feedback delivery, and support engagement levels. Operate within defined production targets for various assignments. Track and report relevant information as required. Assist with special transcription tasks as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of transcription experience. At least 4 years of experience in the legal sector. A minimum of 1 year of experience in transcription quality assurance. Proven experience in providing written and verbal feedback. Strong proofreading and editing skills. Ability to manage legal transcript content in accordance with established standards. Proficient in using multiple software applications simultaneously. Capable of delivering feedback in a constructive and effective manner. Proficient in the use of MS Office applications. Typing speed of 60+ words per minute. Excellent written communication abilities. Advanced proficiency in English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Committed to professionalism with a prompt and accurate response capability. Strong attention to detail and ability to process work efficiently. Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives. Exceptional listening skills with the ability to discern details and speakers in audio recordings.
