Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating core company values. Ensure all communications are conducted in a professional, timely, and respectful manner. Relay essential information promptly, accurately, and effectively, while reporting any incidents to management. Embrace change and consistently seek to enhance job knowledge, adding value to the role. Take responsibility for your tasks; follow through until resolution is achieved. Provide support to transcriptionists from scheduling through to job completion. Conduct evaluations of transcriptionists' output. Prepare and present feedback for transcriptionists and reporters. Serve as a secondary resource for transcriptionists regarding quality standards and requirements. Adhere to established procedures and service-level agreements. Maintain alignment with the quality team on quality assessment criteria, feedback delivery, and support engagement levels. Operate within set production targets for various assignments. Track and report data as requested. Provide specialized transcription support as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of transcription experience. At least 4 years of experience in the legal sector. Over 1 year of experience in transcription quality assurance. Proven experience in providing written and verbal feedback. Strong proofreading and editing skills. Ability to manage legal transcript content in accordance with standards. Proficient in the simultaneous use of various software applications. Capable of delivering feedback in a constructive and effective manner. Proficient in the use of MS Office applications. Typing speed of 60+ words per minute. Exceptional written communication abilities. Advanced proficiency in English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Committed to professionalism with the ability to respond promptly and accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to process work accordingly. Capable of working independently while aligning with team objectives. Excellent auditory skills with the ability to discern details and speakers in audio recordings.
