The Position:

We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to managers and employees in the functional areas of recruiting, new employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll administration, performance management, employee productivity/hybrid work agreements, and employee relations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate and manage all E-Verify cases for all new hires.
  • Manage and protect records of benefit insurance plans and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
  • Administer hybrid work arrangements, attendance, and PTO accruals.
  • Maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with various government regulations and employment laws such as labor relations, OSHA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC, wage and hour, etc.
  • Provide administrative support during the employee life cycle from hiring through terminations.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
  • 2-4 years' progressive experience in human resources
  • Ability to interface within and outside of the organization
  • Conversant oral and written communication skills
  • An ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Detail oriented, Initiative, Reliability, Adaptability
