Job Description: Join Healthcare Plus as a Case Supervisor and oversee the coordination and delivery of in-home services to our clients. We are seeking a compassionate individual with strong organizational skills to effectively supervise and support caregivers. Responsibilities:

  • Match caregivers with clients based on individual needs and preferences.
  • Supervise caregivers to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
