The RSC New Accounts & Integration Manager will grow business and support select credit and investment requests in selected markets. The individual in this role will be a liaison between the RSC business and the Auto Value Parts Stores with significant paint sales with the expectation to implement innovative training ideas and assist with sales calls on new target accounts. Collaboration between our pricing, marketing and training departments will be an integral part of the role.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Work with new store acquisitions to help roll out the RSC business model
  • Assist with growth plans for non-RSC stores in collaboration with management and paint companies
  • Manage major paint line credit requests and warranty claims related to new gains and renewals
  • Collaborate with the RSC tech team in developing product instructional videos with the training group
  • Create and maintain a shop account data tracking sheet. This would include but not limited to paint line, color tools, contract details, average purchases, contact info, etc.
  • Manage Approved Product Lists for shop discounts/rebates
  • Work with pricing department by submitting Competitive Pricing Reports
  • Work with the marketing group providing product and pricing for PBE Smart Buys and RSC Store Specials
  • Assist with special projects and conversion participation
  • Participate in training programs, learning about our products, our programs and our customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-year degree or certification in paint and auto body from a recognized institution.
  • 5 years’ experience in the paint and auto body field focused on subject matter knowledge of PBE techniques, equipment, products and services.
  • Collision Painting and Refinishing Certified.
  • Considerable experience with PBE customer service, sales and support.
  • Experience training others in the PBE field.
  • Proficient in the use of various computer programs such as Microsoft Office and account management software.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic business concepts and is familiar with store operating procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate whether written or verbal with all types of customers as well as, vendors, visitors and employees at all levels of the company.
