As the HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources Team, specifically Talent Acquisition, by performing coordination and clerical duties as assigned.

What you will do:

  • Assist the Human Resources department with typing, filing, photocopying, collecting and compiling data, telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, special projects, and annual events.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, such as ad placements, candidate screenings, thank you letters, internal job postings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and interview process.
  • Maintain automated and manual record-keeping platforms (Applicant Tracking System, ADP, Microsoft Office), etc.
  • Additional projects and duties as needed.

Additional Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or another applicable field desired.
  • PC experience (MS Word and Excel).
  • Must have good people skills and the ability to communicate and interface with hourly, salaried, and management personnel.
