We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team at The Kintock Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support for various HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of employment processes and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the administration of employment processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel, training, medical, and Workers' Compensation files.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and maintain a record-keeping system.
- Process IT tickets, new employee badges, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare and distribute new hire packets, verify information, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the preparation of biweekly employee time-reports for payroll and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in mandatory training and staff development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Advanced office training and at least three years of satisfactory performance in a related position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
