Responsabilidades:
- Ingresar y mantener datos de empleados en el sistema de gestión de recursos humanos (HRIS).
- Crear y generar informes según se solicite (semanales, mensuales).
- Gestionar el proceso de I-9 para asegurar el cumplimiento total de la organización.
- Administrar programas de Reconocimiento/ Reembolso de Matrícula/ Gestión de Flota.
- Asistir con las comunicaciones a empleados: nuevas contrataciones, anuncios de nacimientos, avisos de fallecimientos, etc.
- Gestionar solicitudes de verificación de empleo y otros a través de correo.
- Apoyar a otros miembros del equipo de recursos humanos con la administración diaria y proyectos según sea necesario.
- Colaborar en el proceso de reclutamiento, incluyendo la búsqueda y selección de candidatos.
- Asistir en la incorporación y orientación de nuevos empleados, lanzar/monitorear exámenes de antecedentes y de drogas, y supervisar la finalización de documentos de incorporación.
- Coordinación y seguimiento de capacitaciones (RCP, Sangre, Acoso, etc.).
- Solicitar material promocional y otros elementos para eventos de reclutamiento/incorporación para el primer día de los nuevos empleados.
- Apoyo a Comités Administrativos.
- Soporte al Programa de Reconocimiento.
- Eventos de la empresa: entradas para los Cardinals, fiesta de Navidad, United Way, etc.
- Proyectos y tareas adicionales según sea necesario.
Calificaciones Adicionales:
- Título universitario en recursos humanos, administración de empresas o campo relacionado preferido, y/o una combinación de educación y experiencia relevante en lugar del título.
- Mínimo de tres (3) años de experiencia relevante, preferiblemente en apoyo a equipos de recursos humanos.
- Experiencia previa en la entrada de datos de HRIS/gestión de registros es preferida.
- Capacidad para gestionar eficazmente las necesidades y tareas diarias de la oficina simultáneamente.
- Se requieren habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo; capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
- Dominio de la suite de Microsoft Office (es decir, Word, Excel, Outlook).
