Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the physical condition of entire property.
- Assist Regional Director of Maintenance in performing his or her duties. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and team.
- Leads and supervises the maintenance team.
- Maintains relationships with other team members and residents.
- Maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors and professionals servicing the company or property.
- Diagnosis and performs all minor, major, and routine maintenance.
- Handles inventory.
- Ensures preventative maintenance and safety protocols are established and met.
- Reports to Regional Director of Maintenance.
Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent Requirements:
- A deep desire to learn and grow.
- Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience.
- Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate team.
- Willingness to perform any task that is required.
- Good safety habits.
- Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Knowledge of HUD standards “REAC”, a plus
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and various appliances.
- Good communications skills.
- Confident, positive attitude.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Must have own basic tools.
- All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm, On-call as needed.
40 hours per week, Overtime as required.
