About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of field employees and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in a commercial or residential setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
