Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event participants to ensure all arrangements are in place.
  • Handle event setup, including arranging materials, equipment, and decorations.
  • Manage event registration and attendee communications.
  • Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
