Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration: 1-Year Contract Role

Location: Lafayette, Colorado 80026

Shift Timings: 1st Shift

Job Description

Top 3 Technical Skills Required:

  1. Document Control: Route key documents into a document control system and assist in maintaining the project design history file.
  2. Quality Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures with a strong understanding of the criticality of quality compliance.
  3. Advanced Administrative Support: Perform complex or technically advanced administrative and clerical duties with a high degree of initiative.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to new and current medical device product development projects and teams.
  • Route key documents into a document control system and assist in maintaining the project design history file.
  • Apply knowledge of company operations to assist in developing, implementing, and administering program/system guidelines and procedures.
  • Gather and compile information for reports.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a strong focus on quality compliance.
  • Provide technical support, including program/system training, documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and coding.

  • Communicate with internal and external contacts.
  • Obtain and provide information on matters of significant importance to the job area.

Leadership and Talent Management:

  • May act as a team lead and assist the supervisor/manager.
  • May delegate tasks to team members and be responsible for reviewing their work.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of medical device R&D, product development, or experience with quality document control systems (e.g., AGILE).
