1) Company Introduction

Kwell Laboratories is the US affiliate of GenBody, Inc., a diversified manufacturer of in vitro diagnostic test for over 70 different human diseases. With over 20 years combined experience in the diagnostic industry and through its vast network between several key institutes, universities, and hospitals, our core strength is in R&D. GenBody specializes in developing monoclonal antibodies and recombinant antigens in-house at our facility in South Korea.

 

The GenBody COVID-19 Ag test is manufactured in California and South Korea. The US Production facility has been funded in part by the NIH Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADxSM) initiative with federal funds from the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, National Institutes of Health. We are located in Rancho Cucamonga and Jurupa Valley.

 

2) What we are looking for

  • Responsible for selling GenBody products
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Comply with sales and inventory control procedures

 

3) Qualifications

  • Experience in managing sales team
  • Experience in sales accounting
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English in both orally and written
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
