Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing In Home Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate Plumbing technician who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Plumbing In Home Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and recommendations to customers on plumbing issues and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their plumbing needs and provide recommendations for services
  • Provide accurate estimates for plumbing services and products
  • Educate customers on the benefits of various plumbing services and products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of Plumbing Install and Service (preferred)
  • Have at least 3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to the sale and delivery of high-quality solutions to residential customers
  • Demonstrate professional interpersonal relationship skills
  • Solid management experience, customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed established financial goals
  • Demonstrated strong customer service problem solving skills and decision-making
  • Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks
  • Maintains a "Can Do" attitude
  • A team player who contributes and works with others accomplishing results
