The Sixt Corporate Security Department is looking for a Vehicle Recovery Specialist to help ensure the appropriate and timely resolutions of overdue rental contracts for each customer per established guidelines. To do so, they will be using excellent data review, judgement, and customer service skills.  

The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills  
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment 

DO WHAT YOU LOVE: 

  • Contact Overdue Customers through phone, email, and/or letters 
  • Analyze, Enrich, and Track Data 
  • Work with other HQ Departments and Field Operations Team on resolutions 
  • Set up case files with external repossession companies 
  • Review and act upon or coordinate written requests for assistance 
Qualifications

COME AS YOU ARE: 

  • Some college or previous experience in a related position (Car Rental, Collections, Customer Service) preferred  
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Outlook and Excel  
  • Ability to adapt to new computer programs with ease  
  • Must be able to work 40 hours and 5 days per week; weekend shifts available if preferred 
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
