Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist department with keeping AP aging up to date and responding to supplier statement.

- Assist department on AR collections while also reconciling short pays.

- Applying credits/debits correctly to both the AP and AR side of each transaction.

- Assist department in vouchering payable invoices

- Assist department in pulling daily payable invoices

- Communicates effectively with suppliers or distributors to obtain and/or verify info when necessary.


Ideal Candidate Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

- High School Diploma required

- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail within daily work assignment

- Ability to review electronic information and compare against a hard copy and reconcile accordingly

- Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- 1-2 years of related professional experience (AP/AR, Administrative)

- Ability to achieve goals independently and in a team environment

- Ability to be resilient in a high-energy, fast-paced, and competitive setting

- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and e-mail
