About the Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic Associate Project Manager who thrives when presented a challenge. The ideal candidate has knowledge of global manufacturing, logistics and fulfillment and will drive results to ensure projects ship on time, in full. The role will be focused on project management and improving operational efficiencies. A “can-do” attitude along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and cross functional collaboration is essential for success in this position. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage approved projects within target dates and budgets, ensuring detailed, organized execution. Coordinate cross-functional renovation projects of varying complexity.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, milestone checklists, and facilitate necessary project coordination meetings.
  • Plan effectively, manage stakeholders, set realistic project timelines, and provide status updates during the S&OP process.
  • Report project progress to stakeholders and leadership through various communication mediums (presentations, dashboards, emails, etc.).
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders, especially factory partners, and collaborate with Design, Brand Marketing, R&D, and other functions.
  • Identify and communicate constraints and supplier issues affecting timelines and budgets, and recommend process improvements.
  • Motivate and influence project team members and contractors to ensure accountability and positive action, fostering effective communication skills within the team.
  • Recognize and celebrate team and individual successes.
  • Develop and implement process documents such as checklists and production plan templates, and work with the PMO team to implement project/portfolio process improvements.
  • Assist in post-launch audits to recommend continuous improvements for project execution and standardize guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Engineering, or related Analytical Discipline 
  • 1+ years experience leading projects and programs with low-mid complexity, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Demonstrated familiarity with structured project management methodologies alongside project planning tools (SmartSheets and Basecamp preferred)
  • Logical and creative problem-solving and analytical skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously
  • Comfortable and effective working cross-functionally at all levels and in a team environment
  • Ability to embrace transparency and adapt to shifting priorities, while learning from each decision and maintaining focus on progress
