  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years experience in the paint industry
  • Must be knowledgeable on Mac OS systems as well as Google Sheets
  • Must be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Team player who works independently
  • Strong verbal and Communication skills
  • Work creatively to resolve issues, overcome obstacles, and meet production goals
  • Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done
  • Plus/bonus: Knows the ins and outs of painting, simple carpentry, and roofing
Compensation:

$25 -$27 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Superintendent, Office Staff, and field employees
  • Work with Estimators to create paint schemes for jobs and gather information on paint/material/rental equipment needs for upcoming jobs
  • Work with the Superintendent and Foreman for paint/material needs for ongoing jobs
  • Order paint/materials/rental equipment for jobs and coordinate delivery to job sites
