Every weekend, our teams travel to partner stores like PetSmart, PetSense, and CVS alongside our veterinarians to provide essential vaccinations and care for pets.

Position Overview: As a Pet Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners seeking assistance with our services. Your role is to provide accurate information, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues while ensuring a positive experience for every caller. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling a variety of calls and emails related to pet services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from pet owners with professionalism and empathy. Provide information about services, pricing, and policies.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues effectively and efficiently. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist clients in scheduling appointments for pet services, including grooming, boarding, and veterinary care. Ensure accurate entry of information into the scheduling system.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our range of pet services and products to offer relevant recommendations and answer questions.

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information and service requests in the system. Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Experience with pet-related services is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and service delivery.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and other office technology.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and an understanding of pet care needs is highly desirable.
