HR Assistant Responsibilities
You'll play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, partnering with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience for our Construction, Plumbing, and Restoration divisions.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
- Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director; including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee performance.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
To qualify, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- A passion for building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, and Gemini a plus
