Arkose Labs is seeking an accomplished, experienced B2B security product marketing manager to support go-to-market execution of our bot defense and account security platform. Reporting to the head of product marketing, you will be a key player as we scale our team and partner with product management, sales leadership, and marketing colleagues to position, launch, and differentiate our products. You will be a key contributor to the success of the company and to the effectiveness of our sales and marketing functions.
Working Responsibilities: Where You Will Have Impact
Product Launch and Promotion:
- Manage and execute product launches and go-to-market plans for existing and new product capabilities.
- Develop compelling and effective product content, sales collateral, and differentiated competitive materials through impactful messaging, proof points, success stories, and content.
Sales Enablement and Support:
- Work closely with the sales enablement function to provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively position and sell our solutions.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product presentations, battle cards, competitive comparisons, and objection handling guides.
Go-to-Market Strategy and Enablement:
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to understand our customers, their business challenges, and the competitive landscape.
- Enable our go-to-market strategy with tools that include ideal customer profiles, target personas, segmentation, positioning and messaging frameworks, and vertical industry resources.
- Research and monitor competitors; identify core differences, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities across our competitive landscape; develop compelling battlecards and other content for competitive programs.
- Be a key product and domain expert for Arkose Labs.
Messaging and Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive qualified leads through the sales funnel.
- Contribute to white papers, solution briefs, blogs, social posts, webinars, and other thought leadership content.
- Create and deliver captivating presentations for sales, customer engagements, partners, conferences, or analysts and influencers. Support company spokespeople as they tell our story in the market.
Required Skills and Qualities That Will Help You Succeed in this Role
- 5+ years of proven B2B product marketing, bringing security software to market
- Experience and interest in application security, bot detection, fraud, risk, or identity space are highly preferred.
- Domain expertise in financial services, technology platforms, e-commerce, telecom, or gaming
- Effective, persuasive, and concise written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Strong ability to understand, explain, and translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Track record working in high-performing marketing teams within a fast-growth company.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.00 . Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
