Entry-level sales position; Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (No Weekends).

Job Responsibilities
- Understanding prospective customer needs to close sales and meet company performance metrics.
- Generate new business by engaging with potential customer via email, phone, voicemail, and texts that promote and sell financial services we offered.
- Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sale goals.
- Verify customers application information and gather additional information where necessary.
- Utilize active listening skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and their motivation to buy in order close the sale.
- Educate customers on payment plans, addressing all questions and concerns.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiating skills to overcome customer objections.
- Always maintain a professional demeanor and provide every customer with an exceptional experience throughout the entire sale process.
- Leverage multi-tasking skills to maintain a high level of productivity throughout the day.
- Ensure strong attention to detail when entering customer data at a high level of accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of inside sales experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or service business (preferred but not required).
- Leadership skills are a plus; could potentially develop into a Leadership role.
- Must be comfortable multi-tasking on the phone and working on the computer.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.
- Ability to close sales and provide exceptional service is required in this role.
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills required.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Capacity to maintain the confidentiality of compliance-related information and materials.
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
- Bilingual is a plus.
