St. Angela Merici Parish and School are looking for Director of Maintenance to oversee Upkeep, Maintenance, and cleanliness of the Parish and School. Applicant must be familiar with Fire, HVAC, and Electrical Systems and proficient in computer skills. Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

 Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and maintaining routine maintenance and special maintenance projects.
 Supervision of Maintenance and housekeeping staff, including outside contractors.
 Ensure that sufficient level of supplies, disinfectants, equipment, etc. are maintained to provide clean and safe environment.
 Coordinate services to ensure that daily housekeeping and maintenance services can be performed without interruption.

 Repairs, Carpentry, Painting, and other projects as needed.
