We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office coordiantor, bilingual in Spanish who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

  • On-the-jobs training
  • Ability to be cross-trained to assist clinical team
  • Answering & triaging calls, taking detailed messages and following through
  • Processing Medical Records request
  • 4Back office duties as needed
  • Answering phones with a smile and compassion. Patient care is our priority
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Verifying insurance eligibility
  • Updating accurate information in patient records/charts
  • High proficiency with computers/ softwares (Word, Excel, EMR Program)
  • Data entry of patient demographics and posting charges and payments
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Responsibility for follow-through and clinical documentation
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for making this job more efficient
  • Proficiency with office equipment : Fax, machines, copier, and scanners.
  • Performing other duties as need

The candidate should have the following PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred
  • 2 years of front office experience
  • Must be Bilingual Spanish
  • Prior outbound dialing experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
  • An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
  • Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
