Status: Full Time / Non - Exempt

Reports To: Accounting Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Handles all assigned account collections

  • Has a pleasant and helpful demeanor on the phone and be willing to assist customers, internal and external

  • Ability to reprint invoices, summary invoices and statements correctly as requested

  • Resolve customer billing and payment questions

  • Process credit card payments and provide receipts

  • Assist with AR inbox

  • Assist with month end – ensure all credit cards are posted and statements are processed

  • Complete credit references

  • Send out W-9’s and collect Tax Exempt forms

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School education or the equivalent

  • 0-2 years accounting experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines

  • Must be outgoing and have good customer service skills

  • Maintains positive attitude and has great communication with the team

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Ability to work with detailed information accurately

  • Ability to communicate both written and orally
