We are looking for a dynamic, creative individual to enhance our online presence across multiple touchpoints. From leading social media to creating fan excitement online, this position is responsible for proactively enhancing marketing campaigns and performance.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team in:

  • Social media, including organic posts, content calendar, and customer responses.
  • Affiliates & influencers, including coordinating agreements and execution.
  • Brand awareness, including driving traffic to the website.
  • Lead generation, including utilizing public relations and outreach to secure consumers.
  • Campaign optimization, including helping with email marketing and digital advertising.
  • Coordinating outreach to local and national media for PR.
  • Working with the marketing department to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Working with the Marketing Director on A/B testing and digital marketing needs.
  • Collaborating with the team on content strategy and ways to enhance campaigns.
  • Leading affiliate and influencer initiatives, including internal and external approvals.
  • Proactively researching and implementing digital marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-year digital marketing experience. Management experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics, which support our values and culture.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
  • Ability to be resourceful and represent the brand correctly.


Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
