Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer P.E. to join our team on a full-time direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of electrical engineering experience and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. In this role, you will be responsible for designing wiring schematics for commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop electrical schematics for commercial construction projects

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success

- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for electrical design

- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and calculations

- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations

- Perform quality control checks on all electrical designs

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians

- Participate in project meetings and communicate progress and updates to stakeholders

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

- 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in commercial construction

- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
